Euro Motorworks

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)

ASE was founded in 1972 as a non-profit, independent organization dedicated to improving the quality of automotive service and repair through the voluntary testing and certification of automotive technicians.

Euro Motorworks was designated a Blue Seal of Excellence Service Facility by ASE in 1997 and we have retained that designation every year since. To date we are the only independent repair facility in Central Indiana to achieve that designation.

To be eligible for this recognition, a company must have 75% of its technicians ASE certified. In addition, there must be a certified technician in each of the eight areas of service offered. 100% of Euro Motorworks’ seven technicians are ASE Certified, six of these gentlemen are certified in all eight areas ASE offers certification for, earning them the title of ASE Master Technician.

The Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana

BBB’s mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. BBB accomplishes this mission by:

  • Creating a community of trustworthy businesses
  • Setting standards for marketplace trust
  • Encouraging and supporting best practices
  • Celebrating marketplace role models, and;
  • Denouncing substandard marketplace behavior

BBB Accreditation is an honor – and not every company is eligible. Businesses that meet the BBB high standards are invited to join BBB. Businesses meeting BBB standards are presented to local Boards of Directors (or designees) for review and acceptance as a BBB Accredited Business.

All BBB accredited businesses have agreed to live up to our Principles for Trust. Our Principles for Trust are a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices focused on how businesses should treat the public – fairly and honestly in all circumstances.

Euro Motorworks has been a BBB accredited business since 1998. We have always maintained their highest rating and eight of the ten years we have been accredited we have been designated a Complaint Free Business.  This is quite an accomplishment, as automotive repair is one of their most complained about areas!

AAA Approved Auto Repair

This program currently boasts 7,700 participating repair facilites. Each facility must go through an application and approval process to ensure that it meets AAA standards and criteria. Requirements for approval include having a 12 month /12,000 mile repair warranty, proper tools and equipment, a formal ongoing training program and a high customer satisfaction rating determined by a customer survey. Each facility also agrees to allow AAA to intervene with any member concerns, and to be bound by AAA’s decision.

If you would like to see the results of the customer satisfaction survey AAA conducted with 40 of our clients please click here.  Our local AAA office tells us it's the highest scoring survey they've ever seen!

Automotive Service Association (ASA)

ASA was founded in 1951 with the goal of promoting the interests of the trade, increasing its facilities for commercial transactions and, at the same time, offering better service to the public. ASA is now the world’s largest not-for-profit trade association. While remaining focused on the original purpose, ASA’s mission is to advance the professionalism and excellence in the automotive repair industry through education, representation and member services.

Robert Bosch Corporation

In May of 1999 Euro Motorworks became a Bosch Authorized Service Center. There are only 500 of these service facilities nation wide. We underwent a very thorough inspection and evaluation by Bosch in order to achieve this designation. Recently Bosch implemented a system of evaluation which awards “stars” to its service centers based on a number of criteria such as; quality of the service facility, tools and test equipment, service information systems, computerization and level of training of technicians. Euro Motorworks received the highest rating of 4 Stars.

Being a Bosch Authorized Service Center entitles us to full support from Bosch which includes; modern equipment, genuine Bosch parts, Bosch training and Bosch service information systems. We are also able to perform warranty service on all Bosch systems.

For us, the main advantage is the availability of training. Each of our technicians spend two weeks a year at Bosch corporate headquarters in Chicago where they are updated on repair and diagnostic procedures for the new model years.
